There’s A
New King,

Burger King

After years of creative excellence but declining sales, Burger King needed a jolt, so they started listening. Literally.

They opened up the president’s personal phone line so he could hear first-hand to customer's complaints. As that was happening, BK saw an opportunity to flame grill the competitor’s CEO on social media, who took a weak bite of their new “product”. Then they fired the King on national television.
